Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 26 reviews.
I’am a bit meticulous and after several days of communication with various Solar companies I decided on Rich Solar. I messaged customer service about my plans and also inquired about a military discount, they responded within an hour! They had everything in stock for my build and discounted the order for my military service. It shipped out the next day and arrived in 3 days. I had concerns about packaging of the panels, if there was any damage our trip would be delayed, the packing was more than I expected no problems whatsoever! Thank you Rich Solar! Sincerely, Overthehilloverlanders.
Works well. Water tight. I'm happy with the product.
One of my solar y-branch connectors on the roof of my Winnebago was damaged by hail. I ordered a new one from Rich Solar and replaced it. Good product. Easy job. I’m happy.
Just what I needed to hook up my generator to the panels
Works well and very easily to install
It’s always to have these around. I have bought many items from Rich Solar and highly recommend this company. Always have great products. Sarah G.
All my orders from Rich Solar have always come quickly and with good customer service / advise when needed.
Great products. Great customer service.
Fast shiping and reliable products!
works good....
I was an early adopter of solar, bought three panels to replace three 25 year old Siemens panels. I doubled the power output on pretty much the same footprint, a few inches wider. Best part, the replacements from Rich Solar were about 25% of the cost of the original panels.
I appreciated the quick and precise website and easy ordering. Prices are great and I was surprised at the quality of product for the price point. I will order again without hesitation! Mark Winchel
Fast and correct
Haven't used them yet, but they arrived swiftly. Support has always been great.
This connectors allowed me to put the two panels in parallel. The technical assistance line is wonderful. They carefully took time to understand my configuration and laid out the advantages and disadvantages to putting the panels in series versus in parallel. The new system works great. Everything snaps together seamlessly. Go Rich Solar!
Great prices and fast shipping!
I haven’t used the products I purchased but the shipping and packaging are great. I will update as I install and use.
It was exactly what I need to finish setting up my solar panels.
Quick shipping with excellent quality fair price. thanks
Both of these fittings fit smoothly with the connectors from the panels and appear to transmit power cleanly.
I bought their 800 watt kit. im still in the process of hooking everything up. its for my 6x12 cargo trailer. ive ordered some more parts, when I have the roof rack built and everything hooked up ill post some pics and a video. good customer service so far. hope to continue to do business with this company since they seem to be a one stop shop for solar.
Showed up fast at my door!
great products company very nice to deal with
Branch connectors were easy to install and currently working Great with my 4 panels.
I only bought them because they were not included in the kit I bought. I tried to contact you but I didn't get any response. How you sell a 2 panel kit without the Y adapter is beyond cruel. Thanks
