They have been quick to return calls or even answering the calls. Looking forward to adding more panels and batteries knowing there is always help available.
I consistently charge around 10 amps using a renogy voyager (pwm) charger. It is a 200w panel so I ordered a victron mppt charger to see if I can get a few more amps out of the panel. I like how durable and water resistant the panel appears to be. My only complaint is the black trim and backing material on the panel is not a benefit to the panels performance. Black will absorb and retain more heat than white or silver and solar panels are more efficient when they are kept cool.
Absolutely perfect transaction! Customer service was beyond what I expected. I put two 200 watt 24 volt panels on the van to power my bluetti and have never even got below 25%. I will always buy from Rich Solar! Nuff said!
I love, thank you. Fact is, I have a problem with speech language, tractor trailer, Trauma Brain Injury Medically induced coma 11-26-13 and stroke 10-20-2019. I can do things I can. I can say a lot of things, but I can't good.
I have always appreciated the service from your staff. A recent example goes like this. The hinges on my portable 100 w solar panel broke. I could not find replacement hinges on your web site, nor could not find replacement hinges at my local hardware store, as the hinges are custom to your panels. So, I called you up and your staff said, "let me see what I can do". A week later two new hinges showed up at our house.
Keep up the good work and thank you!

I have had one problem. The cable connecting to the solar panel, connectors came off, were not squeezed tight enough, both plus and negative came off, changed connectors and saudered them to the wire, seems to work ok now. Don Sadler
All the solar equipment I have purchased from Rich Solar has never failed to work as they should. I have 14 of their 200w panels and 2 of their 60A solar controllers and all the connectors and wires. Delivery has been prompt. No problems with the orders and all items delivered intact. Their panels tested very high efficiency. Recommend.
I ordered the wrong MC4 connector adapters, 2 to 1 and 4 to 1 and also the MC4 parts to rewire my panel wires to MC4, but I opted for a simple setup. I have 2(100w) panels with SAE connector plugs for parallel already. I only had 2 panels, now I have 2 more with SAE plugs. Furthermore, I ordered a 4 to 1 SAE 10AWG wire adapter for all 4 panels wire plugs. So I do not need these MC4 parts. I had an idea, but it was not logical. All parts have not been used.
I am very pleased with the solar system I bought. The customer support was truly excellent - these guys are experts and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
I installed 4 connectors. One didn’t make contact. I cut it off and installed a new one. Working good now. I think I did not tighten the connector properly. It was the first time I assembled a MC 4 connector.
I don’t like spending money any more than the next person. But if I have to, as in the case of my recent purchase of two 200w solar panels, I’d hope that the experience would be as positive as the one I’ve had with Rich Solar. The price was very competitive, the panels had exactly the voltage profile I needed, and they came quickly. Despite being well packaged, the courier still managed to puncture one panel and bend its frame. I contacted Rich’s Customer Service people. Despite the fact that I was a first time customer and I that my order was quite small compared to what I expect they usually get, they had a replacement shipped to me immediately. Very impressed. I’d definitely look to Rich Solar again for my solar hardware needs.
I purchased only Rich wires, Connectors, Inline Fuses, and Panels and I've had no issues with getting a good solid connection, even with the wires I custom made (7 foot) using their wire and connectors.
One of the ears came off of a connector. I decided to get a couple of packs of spare connectors in case it happens again. I replaced the broken one without any issues. I've been happy with all of my Rich Solar items so far!
