The module works well but the APP could be better. Thanks to tech support for helping me get it set up. I got the BT-1 to make it easier to check the status on my system since my controller is on a board away from direct sight, as you can see. Here is another cool use I discovered. My small 400 watt system was built for emergency use. My panels are mounted on an adjustable fold up dolly contraption I built and kept in my garage. I take them out when I need them rolling them around for best sun exposure. While positioning my panels, I put the module in my window for better connection and I can watch the status on my iPhone while positioning the panels and see when the output is at its maximum.

The bt-1 module works well with my iPad to monitor my battery bank.I also use the load on/off mode to light my garage with a 20amp led flood lamp.keep up with providing good products for us to enjoy. I highly recommend your products. Warren W

I like the BT module. It certainly makes monitoring my solar setup easier. It is a clone of the Renogy BT module, either one works on the charge controller. I like the Riches better because it has nicer color icons… the only difference. Bottom line is I’m happy with my purchase, and Riches did reach out to see if everything is good with my BT module. Customer support makes a big difference in my book.
