Great service. After severals texts and photos the service dept. determined that my controller was malfunctioning and sent me a new one. No hassles and no fuss. Thanks
It is good. I am still setting it up. I will download the manual and see if that explains it better because the little booklet it comes with isn't enough information. So far it is charging my battery but the readings on the controller are different then when I check it with a hand held meter. I will send another review when I finish setting it up.

My Wolfpup camper came with this controller for solar panels and for some reason wasn’t originally hooked up correctly and the original unit didn’t work, but now everything does work after I installed a new controller and fixed a broken wire.

Good unit, works well , I have it on a smaller solar set up. I needed a budget control that can charge a lithium battery, it auto detects 12 or 24 voltage batteries, set up and programming is easy, straight forward.
Product works well, had to get a replacement to the initial one sent, it had an issue with the programming button on the right side that lets you select parameters, called it in and it got replaced within a week.
