Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 82 reviews.
Set up a Rich Solar “Off Grid” system to energize a series of antique Rail Road Signals. One 250 watt panel, a 20 amp MPPT, a 100 amp hour battery, and all associated cables. Works great, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
Very heavy duty extension cables, but pretty flexible. Nice connectors feel solid.

new to solar. got everything ordered just have to set it up. thanks for everything i ordered
We wanted long cables to be able to access the sunny areas of our yard for charging our portable solar panels. We use them when we have power outages to connect ultimately to our Bluetti power station. These are perfect and the length of these is perfect. Was as advertised and came quickly. Nice item
I am pleased with this 30 ft extension cable. This enables me to get my Rich Solar panels located in a sunny position while my camper can remain shaded.
Best customer service on the planet!
Christina is awesome she took care us throughout the entire process.
The cables are great quality, I ordered extra length so I could cut them down to the size I needed for my van conversion.
Would like to get two 12 volt batteries for my solar system
Great quality, I will not shop elsewhere. Thanks again.
Great price, fast shipping. Will help me finish my project!
I have ordered multiple times from Rich Solar and have been pleased with the panels, charge controllers and cables. For some reason the coupon code never seems to work. Maybe it expired with time.
Great products
thank you for getting it to us rather quickly
Makes the connections very quick and easy
Product just as ordered. and it came more quickly than scheduled. Thanks!
Very helpful on the phone. Processed my order immediately. Excellent shipment tracking. Panels packaged very well, no damage. Completely happy with my purchase. Obviously a very well run operation. Two thumbs up!
Just what I wanted with great service and good price.
Top notch customer service very knowledgeable
Works great
Everything works as it should, good quality. My only issue is the shipping. The panels were sent out fed ex and the hardware and cables were sent out US mail. It took 4 days longer to get there. When it did I needed a new controller. I ordered a new controller and paid extra for fed ex and It took 2 days to get to fed ex after I ordered it.
Very good customer service. I ordered cables online, received an email stating that they were out of stock of the cable length I had ordered & inquired if a longer cable length could be sent & sent it. Quick & Easy! Thanks Rich Solar! Paul
nicely boxed. Basic wire with ends.
Excellent staff and very cordial during communication and purchasing. Items purchased are always quality product. Billy, Michael and Christina are amongst the ones I communicate with and I have nothing but good reviews for the mentioned staff. Thanks guys Sam SakGen Electric (Owner) Los Angeles (pasadena)
Notified me of a problem and did not delay shipment
No complaints here, has been very reliable extension cord as per our customers
Everything went great. I ordered it. It came in with I think four or five days it was here. I was pretty happy with everything. It came in the sealed box in plastic in a roll. I don’t know what else I could expect. Hopefully, it will hook it up.
I have a tiny off grid home I have 2 parallel 800w systems I needed to move one a little farther from a treeline to get better exposure the Rich solar cables were just what I needed and have functioned perfectly
The extension wires plugged right in and worked perfectly.

Thanks to Bill Clark. He was an amazing service right from the start until I completed my purchase with Rich Solar. He was very cordial via initial telephone conversation while enquiring about a product all the way through the initial meeting with Bill. Bill offered a characteristic all sales personnel should have. Too bad there aren’t many. Thanks again Sam SakGen Electric (Owner)
