Sorry for the delay in reviewing. I had a lot going on and wasn't able to check it out completely. The switch may be a good idea, but once i opened its case, i could not close and seal the tabs to secure/protect it. Can't use it.

I was happy with the prompt courteous service.
I have been very satisfied with all of the items purchased from Rich Solar over the past 4 or 5 months. However, I've been very dissatisfied with the support (or lack thereof). After my purchases in early summer, I placed numerous phone calls and left messages with questions, and I never received a return phone call. I also wrote a number of emails with detailed questions regarding the products purchased, and again, no one responded. This is simply not acceptable, especially since your website explicitly suggests that you provide support for your products. Unless I am informed that this practice has been rectified, I will not be recommending your company to others.
