Free Shipping and Signature Requirements
RICH SOLAR offers a variety of shipping methods and free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items qualifying for free shipping are identified on the product listing page.
Shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.
For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at
Shipping Times and Replacement
Please note that due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address, not all items are eligible for Two-Day or One-Day shipping. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
Any replacements due to shipping errors or damages in transit will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited. Shipping damages must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.


Reminders
Although RICH SOLAR holds high standards for quality and assistance for ourselves and our third-party carriers, we understand that there may be times when a product or delivery method may not meet our standards.
As such, we recommend that you verify the condition of your order before scheduling any professional installation services or conducting any work. RICH SOLAR cannot be held responsible for any delays in scheduled work.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Free Shipping: Most RICH SOLAR products have ground shipping (est. 1-7 business days) or LTL (est. 2-10 business days).
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Contact our customer service representatives to learn more.
All orders must have a valid street address; expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

Other freight delivery charges are listed below:
Delivery to remote areas may incur additional costs of up to $50 - $270.
Delivery to limited-access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional costs starting at $50.
Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75-$300).

Return Policy

At RICH SOLAR, for a return to be accepted and a refund provided, the item(s) must be:
- In full, working condition
- In its original packaging
- Within 30 days of the purchase
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If the item was installed, then the return is void. If you have any questions, please contact RICH SOLAR’s
Note: RICH SOLAR waives the restocking fee and pays the shipping costs of any returned item(s) for the following reasons:
- carrier damage
- defects
- incorrect products
- extra products you did not order
If an item is returned for other reasons, customers are responsible for the shipping and restocking fees.
All items must be inspected and tested by our Technical Support and Engineering departments before they can be restocked for sale. This fee covers the labor costs involved with customer returns.

RESTOCKING FEE

Any return conducted 30 days after the initial purchase requires written and agreed approval from RICH SOLAR. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the item is subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer must use only reputable couriers who are capable of providing tracking information for proof of delivery and can provide insurance.

Any special custom-built kits that aren’t originally listed on richsolar.com are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds are only processed after the returned products have been inspected and are proven to be in perfect working condition with all components accounted for.
Any modifications to your products will result in a void warranty, RICH SOLAR will not accept a return or refund, and it will be returned to you at your expense.

Replacements
- If there is any issue with your product, please contact our Tech Support at tech@richsolar.com or 1-800-831-9889 . Our representatives will assist you in troubleshooting your product.
- If any damage occurred during the manufacturing or shipping process, you are eligible for either a refund or replacement. If you’d like a replacement, RICH SOLAR will arrange the return of the old part and will replace it after it is received and inspected.
- If the item was improperly handled during the setup or installation, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
- If the item was damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. RICH SOLAR can’t honor any damage claims past 21 days due to the FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL claim policy. Please send photos of the damages, outer packaging, and label to
