In addition to the Rich Solar 3000W 12v inverter I picked up for my boat, I got a 1000W unit as well to play with as the price made it hard to pass up. I ended up installing it in my backyard in a plastic storage tote along with a junk LifePO4 battery and Rich Solar 100W solar panel. I use it nearly every day to make coffee and toast for breakfast as the solar panel can trickle charge the battery during the day, the continuous load the coffee pot places on it is about 900W for about 5 min. Been chugging along just fine for the better part of a year!
