So we purchased solar panels, and lithium battery online. Either the shipper or the distributor drop the ball. We gave them plenty of time to get us our products before our camping trip. I also had a scheduled install set up for these products. When the distributor or shipping company drop the ball, I was desperate to find panels and lithium battery to install on my travel trailer. Long story short, I was able to meet my install appointment, and get my unit up and running and was able to take it out camping for eight days. My RICH SOLAR panels, linked to my RICH SOLAR control panel to my RICH SOLAR 200AH lithium, phosphate battery performed flawlessly!!! Literally made me a “HAPPY CAMPER”!
