☀Rich Solar☀ is our family's go-to company for our solar needs. The quality of their products is comparable to no other. We would rate their customer service as a 10 if they had 10 ⭐⭐⭐'s. Last time we contacted them Oswaldo Chavez 👏 helped us incredibly fast and his expert advice was right in the money! Thank you Oswaldo and Rich Solar ☀
Works as intended
Great service, high quality product, fair price, free shipping. USPS had a blip, but we received it on the date promised. Will definitely use Rich Solar again if needed.
Is ok but your shipping methods should be improved
I love rich solar products. I have them on two vans now and will be starting a new van build soon. Only problem is that I can't seem to get an answer from the affiliate program regarding my account that has been under review since November 2023. If I don't get this resolved so I can promote your wonderful products I will be using renogy from now on with my van builds. Keep in mind, I am building these vans for other people now which will require many products.
Solid product!
