I replaced a very old 2500W inverter/charger on my 44' trawler with a Rich Solar 3000W inverter and remote transfer switch, and am quite happy with the results. This photo was taken before I finished the integration using the direct wire connection, but several months in things are working just fine. It can handle two refrigerators and the microwave at the same time, and the idle draw is only about 12W.
Everything arrived as advertised. Product was stout and did not seem "cheap". Easy to wire up and install. Look forward to many days on the road boondocking. Will definitely purchase from Rich Solar in the future. Dan
This inverter works great!! Lots of power that allows us to run a good size microwave without having to shut down other appliances. We like to boondock (dry camp without any hookups) in the desert or out in the woods. We got a great deal on this inverter at the Big Tent event in Quartzsite, Arizona. It has solved the problems we were having with our old one that was supposed to be a 3000w inverter too. We have purchased other Rich products and they all work well. As far as their customer service goes, that has been exceptional too. For example, last summer I ordered a third Rich 200w solar suitcase and when it arrived they had shipped the wrong one. With a single phone call they immediately shipped me the correct one that same day. I hadn't even returned the first one until several days later because we live too far from town in rural north Idaho to go there every day. They emailed me a return shipping label at no cost to me. Now, to me anyway, that is exceptional service, especially in this day and age. I really like the company, their products, and the way they accommodate their customers. So long as they don't change the way they do business I will be a customer of theirs always.

I have ordered quite a few items from Rich Solar the past thee months. The quality of everything that I've ordered has been excellent! The shipping fast, great packaging, reasonable prices, very satisfied.

Looks like super high quality item. Reading thru User Manual this morning as I study the device. Manual is not very detailed…I have more questions AFTER looking at manual. Rick Solar seems to have high quality standards…..but…I imagine not every customer is an electrical wizard. I sure am not…!!! Something as simple as a YouTube for EACH item would be nice…!!! Pointing our EVERY feature of each device. Would probably answer 90% of the questions coming to Tech folks. Not much cheaper than YouTubes to attach to your sales site. I have sent (3) emails with questions to Tech support. Please think about it…!!!!!!!
