The battery was shipped and arrived in a timely fashion, arriving the day that was predicted. The battery was installed and is operating as expected. My only concern is that I could possibly have fed the dragon, as I’m not sure where this battery was manufactured. The outside of the shipping container does not provide any country of origin information therefore I cannot give it any greater than a 3 star rating.
I found the folks at Rich Solar to be knowledgeable and informative about their Lithium battery. Their technicians were able to answer questions and steer me in the right direction when replacing my lead acid batteries in my Living Quarter Horse Trailer.
Before I can put the batteries to the test I wanted to confirm my setup. I have been waiting for a return call from your tech support Ticket #26875.
The battery is great.
Much lighter than the two 6 volt lead acid batteries, and takes up less room, with twice the AH.
Battery is working better than expected, there's low draw and charges fast!👍
